{"id":946,"date":"2018-02-03T10:16:48","date_gmt":"2018-02-03T04:46:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.ritulpatwa.com\/?p=946"},"modified":"2018-02-03T10:36:45","modified_gmt":"2018-02-03T05:06:45","slug":"no-e-way-bill-under-gst-112018-central-tax","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.ritulpatwa.com\/?p=946","title":{"rendered":"NO E-WAY BILL UNDER GST &#8211; Notification No. 11\/2018 &#8211; Central Tax"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vide Notification No-11\/2018-Central Tax dated 02\/02\/2018 (today), Central Government recinds Notification No. 74\/2017\u2013CT dated the 29\/12\/2017 regarding date of effect of e-way Bill Rules from 01\/02\/18.<\/p>\n<p>Or In simple words,<br \/>\nRule 138, 138A, etc of CGST Rules, 2017 relating to E-Way Bill are not yet part of the law in force as on date.<\/p>\n<p>It is expected that the government will issue another notification for effective date of implementation of the E Way Bill Rules.
