With an objective to provide relief and sufficient time to the Registered Taxpayers under GST, the Government has extended the due dates for submission\/ filling of various forms under GST as below:-<\/p>\n

1. FORM GSTR-1\u00a0<\/b>(Details of Outward Supplies) for Aggregate\u00a0Turnover exceeding Rs. 1.50 Crores<\/strong>\u00a0requiring Monthly Filling<\/strong>:-<\/p>\n

i) July-Nov, 2017 :\u00a010th<\/strong>\u00a0Jan, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

ii) December, 2017 :\u00a010th<\/strong>\u00a0Feb, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

iii) January, 2018 :\u00a010th<\/strong>\u00a0Mar, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

iv) February, 2018 :\u00a010th<\/strong>\u00a0April, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

v) March, 2017 :\u00a010th<\/strong>\u00a0May, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

2. FORM GSTR-1\u00a0<\/b>(Details of Outward Supplies) for\u00a0Aggregate\u00a0Turnover\u00a0upto Rs. 1.50 Crores<\/strong>\u00a0requiring\u00a0Quarterly Filling<\/strong>:-<\/p>\n

i) July-Sep, 2017 :\u00a010th<\/strong>\u00a0Jan, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

ii) Oct-Dec, 2017 :\u00a015th<\/strong>\u00a0Feb, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

iii) Jan-Mar, 2017 :\u00a030th<\/strong>\u00a0April, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

3. FORM GSTR-5\u00a0<\/b>(Return for Non-Resident Taxable person) for the months of July, August, September, November, and December, 2017:\u00a031st Jan, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

4. FORM GSTR-5A\u00a0<\/b>(Details of Supplies of Online Information and Database Access or Retrieval Services by a person located outside India made to Non-Taxable persons in India) for the months of July, August, September, November, and December, 2017:\u00a031st Jan, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

5. FORM GST ITC-01\u00a0<\/b>(Declaration for claim of Input Tax credit under Sub-section(1) of Section 18 ) by the registered persons, who have become eligible during the months of July, August, September, October, and November, 2017:\u00a031st Jan, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

6. FORM GST CMP-03\u00a0<\/b>(Intimation of details of stock on date of opting for composition levy) :31st Jan, 2018<\/b><\/p>\n

In following cases, the due date has expired as below:-<\/p>\n

  1. FORM GST REG-26<\/b>\u00a0(Application for enrolment of Existing Taxpayer):\u00a031st Dec, 2017<\/b><\/li>\n
