{"id":1125,"date":"2018-12-22T23:41:58","date_gmt":"2018-12-22T18:11:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.ritulpatwa.com\/?p=1125"},"modified":"2018-12-22T23:41:58","modified_gmt":"2018-12-22T18:11:58","slug":"gst-on-solar-power-generating-plant-and-other-renewable-energy-plants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.ritulpatwa.com\/?p=1125","title":{"rendered":"GST on Solar Power Generating plant and other Renewable Energy Plants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To resolve the dispute inirespect of the GST Liability on Solar Power Generating Plant and other Renewable Energy Plants, the GST Council in it&#8217;s 31st meeting held on 22nd Dec, 2018 has decided as below:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li value=\"50\">GST rate of\u00a0 5% rate has been prescribed on renewable energy devices &amp; parts for their manufacture (bio gas plant\/solar power based devices, solar power generating system (SGPS) etc) [falling under chapter 84, 85 or 94 of the Tariff].
