Relief has been given to the Taxpayers under GST in the State of Rajasthan, who are engaged in buying and selling of goods within the State of Rajasthan (Intra State).
The Commissioner of State Taxes, Rajasthan – Sh. Alok Gupta Ji, has issued Notification No. 3029 dated 29-01-2018 under which a taxpayer in not required to generate E-Way Bill under GST for Supply/ Movement of Goods within the State of Rajasthan i.e. Intra State w.e.f. 01-02-2018.
